Downtown Windsor
Downtown’s boundaries are typically Glengarry Avenue in the east, Janette Avenue in the west, Giles Boulevard in the south and the Detroit River in the north. This is where much of Windsor’s downtown businesses reside. Downtown Windsor is known for its beautiful waterfront filled with parks, bike and walk lanes, sculptures and year round events. Ouellette Avenue is the main artery of downtown Windsor filled with restaurants and entertainment.

Little Italy
Little Italy, or “Via Italia”, as it is affectionately called is home to many Italian families and businesses. It is known for its restaurants and clothing boutiques. It is situated along Erie Street, from Moy Avenue in the east to Goyeau Street to the west.
Walkerville
Walkerville is a historic area of Windsor. It began as a model community for the workers of the Hiram Walker distillery, home of Canadian Club Whisky. It is home to Willistead Manor, designed by renowned architect Albert Kahn and built in 1906. Around Willistead Manor is Willistead Park, a sprawling park with beautiful trails and landscaping.
East Windsor
Including Forest Glade, Riverside, Fontainebleau, Pillette and Little River – this district of Windsor is known for charming homes and that are mostly single-family. Surrounded by parks, schools and commercial zones.
South Windsor
South Windsor includes Devonshire Heights, Remington Park, Roseland and Sandwich South. This development ranges from early 70’s to modern family homes. South Windsor is known for its woodsy areas along with vast shopping areas such as Walker Road and Devonshire Mall.
Tecumseh
Tecumseh is a small town just east of Windsor that is surrounded by Lake Erie, Lake St. Clair and Detroit River. A quiet and comfortable housing community with waterfront access for the public as well as within private homes. Tecumseh offers many restaurants, shopping areas, medical facilities as well as industrial and commercial enterprises.
Lakeshore
Lakeshore amalgamates the Town of Belle River, Maidstone, Rochester, Tilbury North and Tilbury West. Made up of farmland, large lots, smaller rural towns and beautiful rivers and creeks.
